Respite Services
Caring for a loved one can be rewarding-but it can also be demanding. ADRC Respite Services are designed to provide temporary relief to unpaid caregivers by offering short-term care options that allow caregivers time to rest, attend appointments, or take care of personal needs.
Respite services may be provided in the home or in approved community settings and are tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual receiving care. Eligibility, service availability, and duration may vary based on funding sources and individual circumstances.
If you are a caregiver for an individual with a disability and need short term support, the ADRC may be able to assist. Our staff can assist with determining eligibility, explaining available options, and connecting you to appropriate respite resources.
Contact the ADRC today to learn more about respite services and how to get started.
