H1N1 Injectable Vaccine Now Extremely Limited

Injectable H1N1 vaccines are now extremely limited at each of the nine Houston Department of Health and Human Services (HDHHS) vaccination sites. 

HDHHS is currently administering injectable H1N1 vaccines to pregnant women and children 4 years of age and older with underlying health conditions.

Doses of the H1N1 nasal spray vaccine remain available for healthy children age 2 and older and healthy adults up to age 49.

The nine HDHHS vaccination sites offer H1N1 vaccinations on a first come, first serve basis. Each weekday at 8 a.m. HDHHS issues tickets with an appointment for a set time between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m.
