Limited supply of H1N1 injectable vaccine now available

H1N1 injectable vaccines for children under 4 years of age with underlying health conditions and children under age 2 are no longer available at vaccination sites operated by the Houston Department of Health and Human Services (HDHHS).
Doses of nasal spray remain available for healthy children age 2 and older. The nasal vaccine is recommended for healthy people 2 to 49 years of age.
Injectable H1N1 vaccines are also available for pregnant women.
A total of nine HDHHS sites are offering H1N1 vaccinations. They are:
