Houston HOPE and the Houston Department of Health and Human Services will host a community meeting for the Magnolia Park neighborhood from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday, July 25 at the Magnolia Multi-Service Center, 7037 Capitol Street. The meeting is open to all of the residents and stakeholders of the Magnolia Park neighborhood. 

The Houston HOPE Human Services Action Plan will be presented to the community.  Magnolia Park residents during two previous meetings provided input used to create an action plan to target areas of greatest concern in the neighborhood.  The action plan will contain goals and implementation strategies that will address the community’s identified needs.  Residents will be asked to participate in working groups to deal with these specific issues. The goal is to achieve results that will improve the quality of life for the residents of Magnolia Park.

Children are welcome and light refreshments will be served.
