The Third Ward Community Cloth Cooperative's Health Thread, Riverside Health Center's Advisory Council, Riverside General Hospital and other community organizations are hosting the third annual Our Health - Community Festival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, July 29. The festival will be held at Riverside Health Center, 3315 Delano and Riverside General Hospital, 3204 Ennis.

The purpose of the festival is to provide an avenue for Third Ward parents, seniors, teens, children and the general public to obtain preventive health services and information. Immunizations, cholesterol and diabetes testing, prostate cancer examinations and breast cancer information are some of the activities planned for the day.
