The Houston Department of Health and Human Services will offer preventive health services at the Third Ward Multi-Service Center, 3611 Ennis, until crews complete repairs to the closed Riverside Health Center.

Family planning, maternity, pregnancy testing, immunizations, nutrition counseling and preventive health education will be offered weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the multi-service center. Patients may call 713-794-9999 to schedule an appointment.

Repairs to repair the foundation and replace a leaking roof are expected to continue until November 2003. Riverside staff members have provided services at other health centers since the facility closed in April.
