Get Moving Urban Gardens

The Get Moving Houston Urban Gardens provide hands-on experience in vegetable gardening and urban agriculture to community members and encourage the consumption of local fruits and vegetables.

The parenting classes by The Cradles Project are supportive outpatient resource for pregnant or new mothers, through the Behavioral Health Center for Women and Children. Services are tailored to each woman’s unique situation. Participants are eligible to attend parenting groups at no charge that are developmentally-appropriate and modified for families affected by substance abuse.
